Friday Greetings Tha Kia Soul family! How is everyone? As the summer blazes ahead we are in the middle of July with some absolutely awesome 2017 Kia Soul Turbo info & more...
First, as mentioned and now confirmed pretty much is the 1.6 liter turbo found in the top Kia Forte trim mated to a new 7-speed DCT transmission. Capable of 201hp in the Forte no mention of if this will be the same hp for the 2017 Turbo Soul just yet.
The exterior front and rear will receive bumper upgrades plus new added side sill ground effects, a dual exhaust out back and a sport front grille increasing the sporty look. New 18 inch wheels are a welcome as well.
Options like a D-shaped steering wheel and new instrument cluster will add even more sport to the new Soul as well. Keep in mind this info so far is for the Canadian trim 2017 Soul SX.
Also a host of new accessories will be available to add even more uniqueness & style to your Soul. This is by far the biggest next level for the iconic vehicle and I am excited for the unveiling this winter.
This Soul Turbo will have the look of the Soul Track'ster on the outside indeed and most likely inside also. There will be new exterior colors too like orange and a new brown and blue to go with the most popular colors like yellow, red & green.
A look at the photos below closely and you can see a lot of the changes to the front and rear even with the camouflage. I can see the new front grille and rear bumper circle lights layout well even with the spy suit on.
Check out the sport side sills and new wheels as they look great. The headlights and turn signals are sweet for sure & that D-shaped steering wheel.
So much new in the upcoming 2017 Kia Soul no doubt & it is just getting started. I am impressed to say the least so far. More info here & here.
