Good morning Monday TKSB fam as we also start a new week as well. Cheers to both being twice as nice.
As 2015 is in the books it is worth noting some great numbers by Kia Motors overseas from other markets more specifically the top 3 countries from across the waters excluding the USA/Canada. Kia Chile, coming in 3rd place has done absolutely well with almost 28,000 autos sold and right at a 10% share of the market. Quite nice for the auto market in Chile.
2nd place was captured by Kia Israel with right under 35,000 autos sold last year and a 13%+ in the share of the market. A nice feat for Kia Israel as they even happen to beat out their big brother Hyundai at the same time.
And coming in first place Kia Russia with a whopping 163,500 Kia sales & a 10% share of the market both which are a lower number from 2014 to 2015. To add even more sauce Kia Russia has sold an estimated 1 million autos in the past 6 years. Those are great accomplishments indeed in their own right with many more I know are out there.
