To me it seems like just yesterday the Kia Soul was first introduced to the world. Starting as a 2009 model outside of the USA and a 2010 model in the USA the Soul was born.
The very first Soul concept car would be ground-breaking for the Kia brand and attract a huge audience. There were 3 uniquely styled concept Soul trim vehicles in the very beginning that would become the Kia Soul for the mass market in 2008.
Fast forward to now the Soul is very much iconic and a force to be reckoned with. So it is great to see the 1 million mark and more will come this month no doubt. Congrats Kia and keep up the great work.
990,000 Souls have been sold since the very beginning averaging about 19k in total Soul sales worldwide monthly and 117,119 so far this year. With that said the Soul is only 2nd in sales to the Optima.
There has been many doubters along the way but the Kia brand and Soul icon are here to stay.
