Set to debut next month at the 2014 Paris Auto Show. Not much is known about this new Soul concept but with a photo released by Kia and Kia France you can see it seems to ride higher than the current Soul and Soul EV.
Selling maybe in limited quantities in France and other countries with the Paris debut may be on point - for now we will have to wait and see. There will also be more Kia displays and news at the 2014 Paris Auto Show starting October 2nd.
